The completed designs will provide all necessary information for their construction by either our team, or a 2nd party landscape contractor for larger projects. We work alongside larger landscape businesses, such as “Forma Landscape and Design”.
Small Projects — Starting at $700
We offer a basic package for smaller projects. Smaller projects may include simple entrance ways, simple decks or patios, small gardens, etc. In this package, we offer the following design services:
- Initial client consultation (at your residence)
- Site inventory and analysis
- Masterplan and/or planting plan & plant list
- Dimensions plan
- Section and elevation drawings (if applicable)
- 3D Illustrations (1+)
- Cost estimations
Medium Sized Projects — startin at $1200
Medium sized projects include entire small lots redesigned with complex structures (i.e. pergola, deck etc.), or a large front or backyard redesigned with complex structures. Medium sized projects with complex structures typically benefit from detailed 3D renderings to provide a visualization of the landscape. In this package, we offer the following design services:
- Initial client consultation (at your residence)
- Site inventory and analysis
- Conceptual plans (3+ hand rendered design ideas)
- Second client consultation (for feedback on conceptual plans)
- Masterplan
- Planting plan and plant list
- Dimensions plan
- Section & elevation drawings
- Grading plan (if applicable)
- 3D Illustrations (3+)
- Cost estimations
Large Projects — starting at $1700*
Large projects include designs for full properties under an acre in size with multiple complex structures. This package includes the same design services as the second package, except more 3D renderings to match the greater size and scope of the project.
